The goal is to support young artists by offering training and performance opportunities tailored to their individual needs. The program guides artists using unique resources to help them reach their creative potential. Workshops are led by industry professionals to assist artists in managing their professional, social, and financial lives effectively. A mentorship program connects young artists with established South African talent in their genre, enhancing their creative and business careers.
Artists receive education on the industry’s business side to secure a sustainable income and explore opportunities beyond performances. Skills training is provided in various fields, including Film & TV Production, Music & Sound Production, Graphic Design, Modelling, Broadcasting, Dance, and Entrepreneurship.
Previous training programs included partnerships with organizations like SEDA and First National Bank for Financial Literacy Sessions, City of Johannesburg for Women In Business training, and radio broadcasting training for children from low-income backgrounds.
